It takes a village to be a village.
It also takes a village to fail to be a village.
For any number of reasons, there are millions of people who have gathered together in the Seattle region. In doing so, those people have become neighbors. Neighbors care for each other.

It's not always easy, though, to know the best ways that you can go about caring for your neighbors. A group of people, led by the efforts of the Union Gospel Mission, started to get together to try to figure this out, which led to identifying a need for a database. You've found that database.
